I work with the human being as a whole, including the mental (ideas, concepts, beliefs) the emotional (blockages, fears and reactions) physically (tensions and stress) inner resources (essential aspects of ourselves).
My work is built on my own inner journey and experiences from working with and following the teachings of Zen Coaching, including the teachings of A. H. Almaas and Diamond Approche, Focusing, Mindfulness, Voice Dialog, Inquiry, deepening in NonViolent Communication plus fragments of NLP, creative writing and natural movements.
