White silent grief

Like a swan

In its beauty

Speaking from the depth of the heart

Mourning in love,

For the incredible capacity 

As a human being to feel

And be touched 

Let it be

Let it go

Let it bring you closer to yourself

To the world 

Let compassion hold it in its ocean

Like a child in the mother’s uterus 

Let it open you up

Like a birth 

It is here not to destroy

But to heal

Only love 

can bring you into wholeness
